Core Focus

  • bringing awareness to mind/body connection
  • connecting breath to fluid movement
  • strengthening core muscles (abs, mid/low back, hips, buttocks)
  • developing muscles in a uniform way to create balance

Core Focus will strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and unite body and mind. As you move through your daily life, you will notice a growing physical and internal strength and an increased sense of vitality and well-being.

There should be no pain or discomfort from practicing Core Focus. Instead of straining, as we might do in other exercise routines, we are learning to ENJOY movement while strengthening our bodies!
